The company is a civil engineering testing registered in India having a fully equipped lab & office in Surat, Gujarat.

Advisory Services started with soil investigation activity and later diversified into the field of civil engineering material testing, land survey, third party inspection & design consultancy. From 1st April 2022, we changed our legal identity as Pvt. Ltd. company named as Unique Geocivil Services Pvt. Ltd.
We have vast experience in providing Geotechnical & Civil Engineering services for all types of civil engineering projects pertaining to highways, bridges, ROB’s, multi-storey buildings, flyovers, etc.
We are accredited by NABL as per ISO/IEC: 17025-2017 vide certificate No. TC-8053.

UGSPL’s permanent staffs are over 30 out of which 6 are professionals, 4 sub-professionals, and the rest are support staff.

Mr. Hitesh Desai
M.E. (SMFE)
He is a Civil Engineer, a Graduate of 1975, and has done his Post Graduation in the subject of Soil Mechanics and Foundation Engineering in 1978 from REC, Surat. He is a Chairman of the IGS-Surat Chapter and a member of various BIS committees.
Mr. Nehal Desai
M.E. (Geotech)
He is a Civil Engineer Graduate of 2000 with distinction from REC, Surat, and did his Post Graduation from DDIT Nadiad in 2007 in Geotechnical Engineering. He is an assessor of NABL and a member of various BIS committees.
Ms. Devanshi Desai
B. Arch.
She completed her B.Arch from MS University Vadodara in the year 2001. She has vast experience in Architecture and Planning of residential buildings. She also has teaching experience.
